With every thorough termite inspection from VBI, you are entitled to our free 90-day warranty. The details of this warranty include the following conditions:
- VBI Inspectors did not observe any subterranean activity at the time of inspection.
- It is not believed there is an existing termite warranty on the house.
- Activity was observed within 90 days of the inspection.
If any of the above occur within 90-days of your inspection, our partnering pest control company will spot treat the area for FREE – a $250 value! At the end of the free 90-day period, you have the option of extending your warranty for up to one full year.
