I’ve used Valley Building Inspections for years for everything from entire home inspections, to termite inspections, to sewer scopes. Always on time, very respectful to both the homeowners and buyers, easy to contact, and they’ll continue to answer questions you might have after the inspection is over! I referred them to several realtors and they’ve all continued using them. I plan on continuing to use them in the future!

Our inspector was very thorough, detailed and helpful in explaining his findings. I was out of state during the inspection so the inspector met with me via FaceTime. The office staff was friendly, flexible with scheduling and called to follow with a reminder.
