Framing Review is performed prior to wall insulation and drywall, but after plumbing, mechanical, and electrical is installed, using our exclusive Blue Tape Final Inspection method. Systems reviewed include general framing techniques, quality of workmanship, utility installation, slab foundation, roof sheathing, and more.

Final Inspection is similar to a standard home inspection, using ROC standards for a higher level of assessment. You have a choice between a standard inspection or a Blue Tape Final Inspection.
